Drilled and Grooved
Our popular Drilled and Grooved Nitrac discs benefit from combining the added cooling ability of the drilled discs and the increased friction of the grooved discs, delivered in the lightest disc in our range.

Drilled
Drilled Nitrac discs offer improved cooling and water removal and are lighter than grooved equivalent. Not recommended for track use as drilled discs are more prone to cracking under stress. Drilled discs are an excellent choice for road use for the more spirited driver.

Grooved
Grooved Nitrac discs are our most popular disc option, and offer superior performance when used for hard road or track use. The grooves will remove water, heat and gases and improve friction delivering excellent braking response. Brake pads will wear faster based on number of grooves.

Standard
Standard Nitrac discs offer excellent road performance, safety and deliver longevity with low noise levels.


Upgrades
We recommend upgrading to – NITRAC MAX DCT -- the unique 4 day Deep Cryogenic Treatment (DCT) enhances longevity and performance. On track, DCT shows a performance improvement as well as increased resistance and wear resilience. On road, DCT will be an important factor in improving the wear rate on machined discs - whilst actual braking performance may not be notably enhanced on road driving the DCT will remove the residual stress a disc has after machine work, and will certainly increase the life of the discs - in some cases by up to 100%.

Also available is the optional Black Phosphate Finish (BPF) coating to help with corrosion prevention.

All discs are sold in pairs.
