DELIVERY POLICY
Our FREE UK delivery covers the majority of postcodes within mainland UK, excluding but not limited to Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland.
As with many companies, Orranje Performance Ltd receives a lot of packaging protecting the items that we purchase from suppliers. We hate waste, so we have taken the decision to reuse as much packaging as we can to reduce the amount that we throw away. This means that, where possible, we may reuse packaging to ship items to you, which could mean that the bubble wrap, foam packaging or outer box isn't brand new. Please don't worry though; we will only reuse packaging if we are confident that it will offer the protection your item requires.
Orders placed through Orranje Performance Ltd, may be delivered from several different locations. As such, items may be delivered at different times to other items within the same order. If this is an issue, and you would prefer to receive all items at once, please contact us at [email protected] Please be aware that choosing to consolidate your items into a single shipment may incur additional costs, as items will need to be shipped to one location before shipping on to your chosen address.
Orders are generally picked and packed within 24 hours of your order being received by Orranje Performance Ltd. Exemptions include a) pre-order items, b) made to order / custom orders, for example items that have been chosen in a non-standard paint finish, or items that are manufactured to order, c) out of stock items. We do our best to ensure that items with longer than usual lead times are clearly stated on the site, and / or customers are made aware after ordering.
We strongly advise that fitting appointments are not booked until the items have been delivered to you, and all items have been checked to ensure they are correct and undamaged. Shortages, damages, loss or mistakes, need to be reported within 28 days of despatch. Reports after this time cannot be rectified.
Although we make every effort to deliver items within 1-2 days or within the timescales stated on our website, we cannot guarantee that couriers or delivery agents won't fail in their duty to deliver goods successfully and on time. The delivery contract is between Orranje Performance Ltd and the courier, however Orranje Performance Ltd may require the customer's assistance to provide evidence or other information to the courier.
In the event of an item being lost during delivery by the courier, Orranje Performance Ltd are unable to refund or send out a replacement until the courier confirms via official channels that they cannot locate the item or the item is returned back to us, as the majority of the time the parcel is located when an investigation is raised, and the courier successfully delivers it shortly afterwards. In such an instance, we would advise the customer re-orders if they require the item sooner, and Orranje Performance Ltd will arrange a full refund once the original item is returned or confirmed lost.
If ordering from abroad, please ensure items are legal / can be imported into your country. Refunds will not be provided if items are confiscated and disposed of by customs.
RETURNS POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, or proof of postage that items have been returned within this time. For returns made outside of the returns period, Orranje reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee, issue refunds by voucher, or decline returns.
Non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless otherwise agreed with Orranje Performance Ltd.
Please contact Orranje Performance Ltd prior to sending items back, to ensure the correct details are included in the return, and it is sent back to the correct address.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot refund or exchange items that we do not receive.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow suitable time for this to take place, especially warranty claims which need to be raised with the manufacturer to be approved. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please be aware that some banks, card companies and payment provider may take up to 2 weeks for a credit to appear in your account.
Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue.
Late or missing refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or alternative item, send us an email at [email protected].
Guarantees / Warranties
Items produced by brands other than Orranje are subject to the brand or items specific guarantee / warranty, where applicable. Items produced by Orranje are subject to a 1 year guarantee against manufacturer defects. Guarantees / Warranties do not cover the cost of fitting, replacement, return shipping or any other associated costs.

Please note that all photos are for illustration purposes only, as designs / colours may differ when manufacturers make changes.
