Beginning as a hydraulic company in 1985, the owners of HEL Performance experience in the hydraulics market helped launch the company’s new approach to motorcycle brake lines in 2000. Over 20 years later, and the company has branched out to manufacturing brake lines for cars as well as motorcycles.
The HEL Performance system was the first swaged brake line on the UK market, and uses only stainless steel and titanium as oppose to cheaper mild steel or aluminium for maximum quality and longevity. Unlike aluminium, stainless steel and titanium do not corrode, making for an overall safer product.
Innovative leaders of the braking industry, HEL Performance competitors began following suit with their own variations of the swaged system, highlighting their notability and renowned reputation on the braking market.
