Conversion studs to take your MINI from bolts to studs. These do not include nuts.
These screw into your hub with an allen-key. Essential in saving time for track use when regularly removing wheels, or for general ease of maintenance. All studs are made from 10.9 steel.
A good quality thread lock must be used when installing these. We recommend Loctite 270, 271, 2700 or 2701, available to buy here.
Open ended wheel nuts are also required.

75mm - 15mm/47mm/13mm
82mm - 15mm/54mm/13mm
90mm - 15mm/62mm/13mm
The thickness of the brake disc and wheel is approx 20mm. Subtract this from the threaded length of the stud to determine the amount left for spacers and nuts. Note that the end of the studs are unthreaded.
Please note that late R53 cars require the R56 size studs, so require the bigger nuts. Please contact us to confirm this.

Please note that these studs are classed as "track car" items, and due to the sheer volume that they are made, packaged and shipped in, marks and blemishes are normal. Some studs may have small variances between each other, especially due to large batches being mixed. We will do our best to ensure all studs are the same, but this cannot be guaranteed.
