This policy explains how delivery, returns, refunds, and exchanges work at Orranje Performance Ltd. If you need help with an order, email [email protected].
1. Delivery Policy
1.1 UK delivery coverage
Free UK delivery covers most mainland UK postcodes. It excludes, but is not limited to, Highlands, Offshore Islands, and Northern Ireland.
1.2 Reused packaging
We reuse suitable packaging materials where possible to reduce waste. Packaging may not always be brand new, but we only reuse it when it is suitable to protect your order.
1.3 Split shipments
Items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive separately. If you want everything delivered together, contact us before dispatch at [email protected]. Consolidated delivery can incur additional charges.
1.4 Dispatch times
Orders are usually picked and packed within 24 hours. Exceptions include pre-order items, made to order / custom products, and out of stock items. We aim to make lead times clear on our website and notify you of any change to quoted lead times as soon as possible.
1.5 Delivery timing and reporting issues
We aim to deliver within the approx time where stated, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Quoted delivery times do not include any quoted lead times. Please do not book fitting appointments until your items are delivered, checked, and confirmed correct and undamaged.
Any shortage, damage, loss, or dispatch errors must be reported within 28 days of dispatch. Issues reported after 28 days cannot be rectified.
1.6 Lost parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit, we cannot refund or replace until the courier confirms, through official channels, that it is lost, or the parcel is returned back to us. Couriers often locate parcels during investigations and complete delivery shortly afterwards.
If you need a list item urgently, you may place a new order. We will issue a full refund for the original order once the original parcel is returned or officially confirmed lost.
1.7 International orders and customs
If ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring the item is legal to import into your country. Refunds are not provided where customs confiscates and disposes of goods.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Return eligibility and timeframe
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
- In original, unopened manufacturer packaging
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, or you must provide proof of postage dated within that period. For returns outside this period, we may charge a restocking fee, issue a voucher refund, or decline the return.
2.2 Non-returnable items
- Custom made / painted / specially ordered products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
2.3 Before sending a return
A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before sending your return so we can confirm return details and the correct return address. Do not send items back to the manufacturer unless agreed with Orranje Performance Ltd.
2.4 Return shipping costs and risk
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunded orders do not include return postage.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service. We cannot refund or exchange items that we do not receive.
2.5 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm receipt by email and notify you whether the refund is approved. Warranty claims can take longer, as manufacturer approval may be required.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks or payment providers may have their own processing times once the refund is initiated.
2.6 Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 14 days, contact [email protected].
2.7 Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same or an alternative item, email [email protected].
2.8 Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue.
2.9 Guarantees and warranties
Products manufactured by Orranje are covered by a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Products made by other brands are covered by that brand’s warranty terms, where applicable.
Guarantees and warranties do not cover fitting costs, replacement costs, return shipping, or other associated costs.
2.10 Product photos
Product photos are for illustration only. Designs and colours can change when manufacturers update products.
