Orranje Status

Where we are up to right now.

For those geeks among us, tonight I configured zero downtime deployment on the Orranje website! This should allow me to make changes to the site, at any time of the day, without interrupting you with a "this site it down for maintenance" page...for all of 15 seconds 😅

Not only will this allow me to squash bugs and make tweaks to how the site looks at any time, it also means I can roll out some hefty updates without staying up until the early hours to deploy them...

I'm still working on a few little tweaks, but fingers crossed you should see less of the maintenance pages from now on, and more changes!

I'm back in the office after my family holiday, and suitably refreshed!

Thank you for all your orders while we have been closed for a few days - I know it's difficult not getting parts as quickly as when we are open, but being a small business unfortunately we do need some downtime, and we appreciate your support during this period!

Aj is now on his holiday (we closed for 2 days due to a holiday overlap) so orders will be processed and despatched once again, but please allow me some time to get back to your emails or messages, as I will be running round like a headless chicken for a few days while I catch up!
