“I was after a skid plate for my r53. Orranje had them but it was not immediately available so I use the chat option to find out ETA. I get a response from Oli stating 1-2 weeks. Reasonable time frame so I put an order through. 9 days later I get a notification that order has shipped. Less than two weeks later the product has arrived on my doorstep ready to install. This was shipped from the UK to Australia - that's great timing. Dealing with Oli was great too. He answered all my questions in an efficient and professional way. Overall great experience and will definitely look at purchasing more items for my project r53 from Orranje! Thanks Oli!”

“The customer service at Orranje is excellent. They go above and beyond to help and assist with any initial queries you may have with the part you require. We needed a part urgently the next day, they assisted with our query immediately via email and, only having ordered the part at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. they didnt disappoint as the part was received by lunch time the next day. Ok you could argue you could probably get the parts a few pounds cheaper elsewhere but buying from such trustworthy and helpful people is worth every extra penny. Our first ‘go-to’.”
