Keep those brakes cool, with the Orranje brake ducts

Required

Orranje brake ducts are designed to direct air to the rear of the front brake calipers to reduce brake temperatures and reduce brake fade.

Available to buy in the following formats -

  • Full Kit - both the front brake duct fascias that attach to the bumper and the rear ducting section that allows the air to flow directly to the front calipers
  • Front duct fascias only - the front section that attaches to bumper (for looks only)
  • Rear ducting sections only - the section that allows the air to flow directly to the front calipers

Please note - To install the Orranje brake duct fascias requires removal of the factory fog lights. The cutting of the front of your bumper's fog light sections is required along with a small section of the bumper bar. To install the duct fascias, we recommend leaving a lip of approx 10mm of the fog light section, to bond the fasicas to. Once installed, the bumper can still be removed easily for other repairs if needed. For the rear ducting, these can be secured by drilling small holes in the lip around the ducting, and attaching to various points on the car using zip ties or similar.

The Orranje brake ducts are designed for use on track cars where function over-rides form. The Cooper S front brake duct fascias and the rear ducting sections (directs air onto the calipers) are made out of GRP (fibreglass) and supplied in a durable black gel coat finish. Good results can be achieved with time spent on the install, however we must state these are not classed as OEM finish or fitment, do need work to fit, and do require work prior to painting.

The Aero front brake duct fascias are moulded plastic, and require much less effort to install.

Our brake ducts are designed to fit both the 'S' and Aero bumpers.
