We recommend the following setup:

R53 Supercharged - up to 280bhp

• Base Kit 6-30 psi
• 4 quart tank or 2.25 gallon race tank, with low level float switch
• Dual nozzle upgrade - additional pre-charger DO1 nozzle for maximum cooling, plus nozzle mounting adapter (used to install the dual nozzle pre-charger nozzle, in the plastic supercharger inlet pipe)

R56 Turbo - up to 280bhp (over 280bhp, we recommend the DevilsOwn DVC-30 Progressive Kit)

Kit Contents

• 300 psi pump with EPDM seals
• Allen key can be used to adjust water pump pressure
• Adjustable pressure switch (6-30psi markings on switch)
• 15' of High Pressure Black Tubing
• DO2 nozzle / injector - post-intercooler

• Heavy duty nickel plated check valve (or solenoid, if upgrade option chosen)
• Filtered self sealing tank tap
• All fittings needed for installation
• Inline fuse holder with 10 amp fuse
• 30 amp relay which includes the harness
• 10' of red and black wire
• Zip ties and wire splices and connectors
• Alcohol / water injection install instructions with stickers

Solenoid Upgrade

The solenoid upgrade replaces the standard check valve with a solenoid. If you are injecting post TB into a vacuum, you need the electronic solenoid to stop fluid being sucked in. Also, if the nozzle is mounted lower than the pump & tank, the check valve will struggle to hold the fluid back, again making the solenoid an ideal and more reliable solution.
